In August 2022, I joined Mailfence, a secure and privacy-focused email service based in Brussels, for a five-month internship within the digital marketing team. It was my very first experience in the industry and a great opportunity to discover how content production, SEO, and marketing operations work in a product-driven tech environment.

- Designed blog illustrations and visuals to accompany Mailfence articles.
- Assisted with web content writing and SEO-oriented content optimization.
- Contributed to social media communications and content scheduling.
- Supported the marketing team with day-to-day tasks and operational needs.
This experience helped me build foundational digital marketing skills from understanding SEO logic to producing visual assets for online communication while getting hands-on exposure to a privacy-centric SaaS product.
